Return & Refund Policy

If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

You can return your furniture product for any reason — even if you just change your mind.

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging. All returns will incur a return collection fee (refer below) and an administrative fee of 2% from the item(s) amount.

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional RM50 per item repackaging fee.

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less administrative fees, repackaging fees (if applicable), and collection fees.

Note: NOT entitled for MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM MADE item(s) /Home Decor & Accessories.

Klang Valley As per the delivery fee per item,
capped at RM250 (standard) per trip.
Outstation (Negeri Sembilan, Perak,  Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terengganu) RM350 per trip

Note: The collection / exchange date is subjected to Goodnite Outlet truck’s schedule.

For Outstation zone, the collection / exchange date is subjected to Goodnite Outlet MONTHLY truck’s schedule. Kindly email to [email protected] for further details.


Delivery Policy

Our current delivery coverage is only limited to selected states, i.e. Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Selangor, and Terengganu only; excluding all highlands and islands without linked-bridge. Kindly email to [email protected] for more info if your location is out of coverage.

Within delivery coverage, it will take up to 14 days during off-peak season; We will keep customer updated the shipping period during peak season, limited stock, or government’s movement control order.
